Infinity- more BlauJ nomads

Infinity came and went. But it made no difference to me. I like painting infinity. But painting the wildcat with the boarding shotgun was the closest to a chore that an infinity model has been. I like how the wildcats are all different sizes, kind of daft punk and they have varied costumes with different textures etc. But I felt I had finished the wildcats really. Anyway he's done

The baggy pants clockmaker was more fun. He is a combat engineer, but being Bakunin I imagined him being more amateur. I gave him baggy jeans so that he would look less military. Baggy pants was nice to paint. He reminds me of my brother in law.
I also painted up three special units. Gomez was very nice to a paint. Cool details and very quirky. Her pose made it easy to sus out where the light would come from. The bandit was also full of details, and like other infinity figures kind of paints itself. I left off the pony tail. I went for shiny red shoes - it reminds me of the wizard of OZ, and a pair of shoes my wife once wore when we first met.

The jaguar bothers me in one thing only. The model I mostly  like overall, but for the studs and lumps on his head. Those studs I do not like. His pose is good and he looks like a lightly armed skirmisher. But head studs, a pain to paint and I haven't done it yet. I will lightly varnish before I try.
I like the top photo - nothing wierd. It just kind of looks a bit wizard of oz. Maybe a lion is needed.

The  part finished models I have are a Brigada, Alagcile and another Jaguar. The Alaguci.le will get pride-rainbow dreds and the Brigada will get a set of two-colour blended highlights in Red and white.
I like the pose of the bandit and his face, especially the beard. But I do not like the drawn knives. I'd have prefered a smoke popin' pose. Within Sci fi I am not a fan of the "take the tank/tag over there I want to hit them with my Sword!". really?  I like infinity poses when they are dynamic and charachterful, but not OTT. I find the waving my daggers at the HMG total reaction Remote is a bit silly. At least for me.  I know he's a 10 point model. But he has value to me, and white is a hard colour to clean.
